Welcome to Connect

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Connect ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Connect application ("App" or "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement
• You have read and understood these Terms in full
• You agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein
• If using on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind the organization to these Terms

2. Service Description

Connect is a technology platform that connects real estate agents, property owners, and potential clients. The service includes:

• Listing and displaying properties for sale and rent
• Connecting stakeholders in the real estate industry
• Tools for managing transactions and documents
• Professional social network for real estate professionals

Important: Connect is a technology platform only and is not a party to any real estate transactions. We are not a real estate agency, broker, or legal or financial advisor.

3. User Account and Security

To use certain services, you must create a user account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current personal information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content and Ownership

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights in the content you upload to the App, including photos, descriptions, documents, and property information.

License to Company: By uploading content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating the Service.

Company Content: All content provided by the Company, including design, logos, code, and software, is the intellectual property of the Company and protected by copyright.

Content Reporting: Users may report inappropriate content using the "Report" button available on every post, profile, and message. All reports will be handled within 48 business hours. The Company is not liable for user-generated content, provided it acts in good faith to remove violating content upon receiving a report.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or fraud
• Upload false, misleading, offensive, or rights-infringing content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate the privacy of other users
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the system
• Collect information about users without their consent
• Use bots or automated tools

6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

6.1 Billing and Payment

Payments are processed directly through the Company's servers via the Tranzila payment provider. The Company is the responsible party for the payment transaction with the user.

Before any charge, a clear summary will be displayed including: subscription name, cost, billing frequency, and cancellation policy. Confirming the purchase constitutes agreement to the payment terms.

6.2 Automatic Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. For annual subscriptions, a reminder notification will be sent to the registered email address at least 7 days before the renewal date.

6.3 Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the "Manage Subscription" page in the App's account settings, without needing to contact support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.4 Refund Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (remote transactions), there is a right of cancellation within 14 days of purchase. However, pursuant to Section 14c(d) of the law, once the user has explicitly confirmed that the digital service begins immediately, no refund will be issued for any period already used. No pro-rata refunds will be provided for any portion of a subscription period already commenced.

6.5 Promotions and Discounts

Promotional prices will be displayed alongside the full price for a defined period only. A promotional price that continues for more than 3 consecutive months will become the permanent price of the service and will no longer be presented as a discount.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We are not responsible and shall not be liable for:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information posted by users
• Quality, safety, or legality of listed properties
• Conduct of users or third parties
• Transactions or agreements between users
• Financial losses or damages arising from real estate transactions
• Technical failures, bugs, or service interruptions
• Loss of data or information
• Actions of third parties

8. Maximum Liability Limitation

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER DAMAGES, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid us in the last six months or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and partners from any claim, damage, loss, cost, or expense (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Violation of third-party rights
• Content you uploaded to the App
• Illegal use of the Service

10. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or actions of these services.

11. Changes to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Update these Terms from time to time
• Remove content that violates the Terms

Material changes will be published in the App or sent via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be heard exclusively in the competent courts in Israel.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver thereof.
