This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Connect ("Company", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when using the Connect application ("App" or "Service").

• Professional Information: Real estate license number, company name, experience, specializations
• Property Information: Descriptions, photos, prices, locations, documents
• Communications: Messages, conversations, and support requests

• Usage Data: Pages viewed, actions taken, usage times
• Technical Information: IP address, device type, operating system, app version
• Location Data: Geographic location (with your consent only)
• Device Identifiers: Advertising IDs, notification tokens

1.3 Information from Third Parties

• Information from social networks (when signing in via Google, Facebook, Apple)
• Information from service providers working with us

2. How We Use Information

We use your information for the following purposes, and these purposes only:

• Operating the Service, including customizing content and relevant recommendations
• Connecting you with other users and potential clients
• Sending notifications, updates, and marketing information (opt-out available at any time)
• Improving and developing the Service and features
• Securing accounts and preventing fraud
• Statistical analysis and market research (in aggregated and anonymous form only)
• Complying with legal and regulatory requirements
• Enforcing our Terms of Service

We will not use your information for any purpose not listed above without your explicit consent.

3. Content Ownership and License

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the App (photos, descriptions, documents, property information).

By uploading content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use the content for the purposes of operating the Service, including displaying it to other users. The Company may use content for marketing and promotion of the platform only.

Account Deletion: Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days. Publicly posted content (such as property listings) may be retained briefly for backup purposes and will be deleted thereafter.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information:

• With other users: Profile, properties, and contact details (according to your privacy settings)
• With service providers: Hosting (Azure/AWS), analytics, payments (Tranzila), messaging companies — acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality, not permitted to use the data for their own purposes
• For security: Preventing fraud, illegal activity, or violations
• As required by law: Court order, legal requirement, or protecting Company rights
• In merger or acquisition: Transfer of information to buyer or business partner, subject to continued full protection of the data

5. Data Security

We employ reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
• Access control limited to authorized employees only
• No storage of credit card details — payment processing is handled by Tranzila and we store only a secure token
• Ongoing monitoring and control

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as:

• Your account is active
• Required to provide you with the Service
• Required for legitimate business purposes (analysis, Service improvement)
• Required by law

Following account deletion, personally identifiable information will be deleted within 30 days, except for information we are legally required to retain.

7. Your Rights

Subject to Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you have the right to:

• Access: Receive a copy of your personal information
• Correction: Correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your information (subject to legal limitations)
• Objection: Object to certain processing of your information
• Portability: Receive your information in a structured format
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent for direct marketing at any time

8. Push Notifications

With your permission, we will send notifications about:

• New messages and conversations

• Relevant activity in your account
• Marketing information (can be disabled in App settings at any time)

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information according to their privacy policies:

• Google Analytics (usage analysis)
• Firebase (notifications, analytics, authentication)
• Mapping services (Google Maps)
• Tranzila (payment processing)
• Agora (video calls)

10. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information immediately.

11. International Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed outside Israel (including on Azure/AWS servers). When transferring information, we ensure appropriate protection in accordance with Israeli Privacy Protection Law.

12. Changes to Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be published in the App and/or sent via email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
