1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Connect has a zero tolerance policy towards:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Content that exploits or harms minors in any way
• Harassing or abusive behavior towards minors
• Attempts to make inappropriate contact with minors

2. Age Restriction

The service is intended for users aged 18 and above only. We only collect information from adult users and take steps to verify age during registration.

3. Reporting Harmful Content

Users can easily report suspicious content or behavior through:

• The "Report" button available on every profile, post, or message
• Direct contact with our support team

4. Handling Reports

Every report is reviewed by a dedicated team:

• Reports are reviewed within 24 hours
• Violating content is removed immediately
• Violating accounts are permanently banned
• Relevant information is forwarded to law enforcement

5. Cooperation with Authorities

We fully cooperate with law enforcement:

• Reporting to relevant authorities in Israel as required by law
• Cooperation with NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)
• Immediate response to court orders and legal requirements

6. Prevention Measures

We take proactive measures:

• Automatic content scanning using advanced detection technologies
• AI systems to identify suspicious patterns
• Staff training for identifying and handling sensitive cases
• Continuous updates to security procedures

7. Education and Awareness

We are committed to raising awareness about child safety and providing educational resources to users.
